Well, we are what some refer to as a “concierge company,” call us your personal assistant, errand girl, time-saver, right-hand man, taskmaster, lifestyle manager, or simply put…LIFE TAMER. Basically, we are the peeps that you call to take care of life’s little (and sometimes BIG) to-do list; day or night, weekend or weekday, ‘round the clock or ‘round the corner. Call us what you will, but don’t call us late for dinner (or for your dinner plans for that matter).

O-Kay. So how much does this awesome service you offer cost? Glad you asked. We offer our services in two convenient options: à la carte (that's our fancy French way of saying, "purchased individually," and (most preferred) monthly membership plans. Our monthly membership services are offered at a discounted rate (with a one-time $99 sign-up fee) and absolutely no contract only a 30-day cancellation notice is required. Your membership will automatically renew every 30 days and unused requests expire after 45 days.

Dang! I ran out of time on my membership! What do I do? No worries, extra hours are available à la carte in the event you got a lil’ crazy busy and used up all your hours during your billing cycle.

Ooppsss...I need to cancel my previous request. It's all good! You may cancel your request just as long as "That Girl" hasn't performed the task.

I have so much to keep track of already, how will I know the number of requests I have left for the month? Simple. You can find out by logging into your dashboard, or do it the good ole' fashion way and give us a call.

Can I change my membership type at any time? Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your membership at any time. Upgrades take place immediately and downgrades take place at the end of your membership cycle's period.

Can “That Girl” provide services to our business? You bet cha'! Just give us a

call or shoot us an email to discuss our corporate membership programs. We will

create a customized quote for you based on the # of employees & requests.

Does “That Girl” have gift certificates?You know it! The best gift of all

is time! These little treasures come in the form of a paper gift certificate, .

something tangible for that intangible service. Ideal for the person who has

everything except TIME.

Let's hear about the Terms & Conditions

We like to keep it simple:

Credits expire after 30 days
A 72-hour notice is requested for all services
There is a two hour minimum service request (not including our "Pencil Pusher" service)
Cancellations must be made 24-hours in advance
Rates include a 10-mile radius from 3140 W. Kennedy Blvd. Tampa, FL 33629. Beyond that, miles will be billed at $.58 per mile.
Returned checks will be charged a $35 processing fee.
All jobs requiring two or more people will be billed at double the rate.
